In February/2023, the Associação Brasileira de Psiquiatria - ABP promotes the campaign against bullying, with the aim of drawing attention to the impacts and risks on the mental health of victims of this very aggressive practice.
Although bullying is more associated with the school environment, technologies and social networks have enabled the dissemination of aggression in the virtual environment, with much greater intensity and dimension due to filming, photos and sharing on networks. That is, you lose control of how many people are viewing and what they are commenting on, thus increasing the level of offense.
On today's ABP TV, we're going to discuss cyberbullying and cancel culture - a very relevant subject these days.
