Cannabidiol and psychiatry - is there any scientific evidence?

There is currently a lot of publicity, without scientific evidence, about the use of cannabidiol and other components of Cannabis for the treatment of psychiatric illnesses. The Federal Council of Medicine - CFM authorizes the compassionate use of cannabidiol only for cases of children and adolescents with difficult-to-treat epilepsy, that is, cases in which conventional options do not work. On today's ABP TV we will receive psychiatrists specializing in chemical dependency to answer: Cannabidiol and psychiatry - is there any scientific evidence?
