Abstract

During the last few weeks, the ABPTV program has actively participated in the yellow September campaign, presenting special programs related to the theme. Suicide is directly related to the presence of untreated or inadequately treated mental illness. One of the reasons for this is the stigma and prejudice that surround the psychiatric disorder and its patients. Speaking correctly about the subject, with scientific data, helps in the dissemination of quality information to the population. Aware of the risk and also protective factors, effective prevention of suicidal behavior takes place.
