Hallucinations and delusions are manifestations psychopathological that people can present. Hallucinations are real sensory experiences based on objects or phenomena that don't exist. Hallucinations can appear through the senses, for example, hearing a voice, seeing something, etc. Delusions, on the other hand, are impressions that occur through the sensory apparatus, they are false judgments of reality that can appear as distorted ideas or beliefs. Delusions usually express persecution, grandeur, health problems, etc.
