Abstract

Destructive relationships are those that cross boundaries and end up leaving a deep mark on those involved. They are usually caused by excessive jealousy, emotional outburst, obsession or even liking the other too much. When these factors get out of control, they can generate countless consequences such as anxiety, depression, violence and other more serious physical and psychiatric problems. And this type of relationship generates consequences in other areas of life, greatly impairing the quality of life of those involved and, therefore, deserves attention.
