From the beginning of pregnancy, women prepare to deal with the postpartum period, which is usually one of the most difficult phases of motherhood. However, for many of them, especially when they are already in the job market, the end of this stage is accompanied by another complex phase: anguish, stress and fear when realizing that they need to separate from the little ones. Often this separation is not assimilated and this ends up messing with the woman's mental health.
In today's program, we're going to talk about this subject that generates so many doubts and uncertainties, especially due to the pandemic moment we're going through with the transition from home office to face-to-face.
