The attention provided by the practice of “mindfulness” enables the individual to be fully aware of what is called the present moment. This technique, which combines meditation and psychotherapy, allows you to deal more lucidly with everyday situations, reducing automatic reactions and responding more consciously to challenges and stimuli received at all times.
