Technologies are present in everyone's life and are essential for day-to-day activities, such as working, studying, interacting with people, among others. It is impossible to deny, however, that electronic devices and the internet are part of the routine of children and adolescents at an increasingly early age and it is not known for sure what impact this can have on mental health.
