How many times have you felt anxious before an important appointment, starting work at a new job, or meeting someone new? Feeling anxious is normal and is even considered important because it represents a state of alert. The problem is when the feeling is constant and can turn into a mental disorder. According to a WHO report, Brazil is the most anxious country in the world, where 9.3% of the population is considered anxious.
