Understanding the effects of games and audiovisual productions on people's mental health, especially children and adolescents, has been the objective of several studies. While technology can positively impact behavior, such as stimulating quick thinking, teamwork and decision-making, there are also negative influences: after all, violence, even if fictional, can really influence people's behavior? Although some experts argue that just consuming these types of content is not a trigger for violence in itself, it can awaken aggression in those who already have this predisposition.
