Since the beginning of the year, the world has been facing the harsh Covid-19 pandemic, caused by the new coronavirus. Over the past three months, doctors and other health professionals across the planet have been at the forefront of disease control and prevention. In countries like China and Italy, attendance at hospitals and health clinics intensified during the most serious period of the health crisis, a reality that is beginning to present itself in Brazil. In addition to caring for the physical health of such professionals, who are constantly exposed to the virus, quarantine and physical isolation can have serious consequences for mental health.
