Criminal responsibility and civil capacity in psychoses

The present study aims to a bibliographic review about the concepts of criminal responsibility and civil capacity. Besides, it applies these concepts to psychotic disorders and to criminal and civil law. This issue has an extreme importance in forensic practice.
