How to create and present a scientific paper in poster format

Posters are widely used in the academic community, and most conferences include poster presentations in their program. The purpose of this article is to present techniques on how to create and present a scientific poster. Research posters should summarize information in a concise and engaging way to help spread the word and generate discussion. They should have a mix of brief text with tables, graphs, photos and other presentation formats. During the oral presentation, the researcher stands by the poster display while other participants can come and view the presentation and interact with the author.
