Psychiatric patient difficult to manage, reduction of beds and extinguish forensic psychiatric hospitals in Brazil

This work aims to broaden the discussion regarding the difficulties of managing critically ill patients who require hospitalization in a psychiatric ward. Warning of the worsening of the situation in a progressive manner, which could intensify even further with the closure of the Custody Houses in Brazil.
