Sexual crime and schizophrenia: forensic aspects: case report

This is the case of an individual with a diagnosis of schizophrenia who committed a sexual crime and was subjected to psychiatric expertise to assess criminal responsibility, being considered unimpeachable. Factors that can contribute to crimes of nature, in individuals with psychotic disorders, have only been discussed.
