Manifestaciones psiquiátricas en reumatología

La presente revisión de la literatura investigó los síntomas relacionados con la enfermedad reumatoide. Artritis y Lupus Eritematoso Sistémico. Creemos que un nuevo paradigma debe establecerse en psiquiatría, considerando que la relación entre deben destacarse las enfermedades reumatológicas y los síntomas psiquiátricos, ayudando a afinar diagnósticos y propuestas terapéuticas en salud mental. Por lo tanto, nosotros buscan rastrear evidencia de condiciones psiquiátricas prototipos que son más asociado característicamente con el trastorno reumatológico antes mencionado. Condiciones Los síntomas relacionados con los trastornos del estado de ánimo, principalmente la depresión, fueron fuertemente asociado con la mayor incidencia y morbilidad en reumatoide Artritis; además, los déficits cognitivos, especialmente en niveles moderados, son los más síntomas neuropsiquiátricos prevalentes en el lupus eritematoso sistémico. El tratamiento farmacológico de la enfermedad reumatológica de base es esencial para mejorar la condición psiquiátrica asociada, ya sea por influencia indirecta de tal condición. En cuanto al Lupus, las estrategias terapéuticas actuales son en gran parte empíricos, llevados a cabo a través de inmunopatogénicos conocidos mecanismos y resultados observados del tratamiento de manifestaciones severas en otros órganos. Respecto a la Artritis Reumatoide, la farmacología específica el tratamiento de la condición psiquiátrica es esencial según el individuo demanda de cada paciente, y la intersubjetividad y los aspectos psicossomáticos siempre debe tenerse en cuenta.
